SPEAKING AND WORKSHOPS

For all the time we spend thinking, we do very little to actually train the mind and almost nothing to cultivate our hearts.

PHILOSOPHY

I really, really believe that a mindful life is a better life.  By bringing awareness to our physical, mental and emotional experience, we can begin to improve our whole self. Happier and healthier individuals lead to stronger teams, and thriving organizations. Or at the very least, less toxic ones. To perform at our best, we need to understand and develop each aspect of our whole self.

More mindful people think clearly, feel happier, and recent findings suggest that they may even live longer. Mindfulness refers to present-moment awareness with a quality of non-judgment and openness. Mindfulness training is being applied today in institutions like Harvard Business School, the US Military, Google, and major management consulting firms because attending to the present moment is a powerful way to increase mental strength, enhance wellbeing, and most importantly, improve our relationships.

See below to learn more about the topics I love speaking about:

1) STRESS Regulation

2)MINDFULNESS & PERFORMANCE

3) MINDFUL LEADERSHIP

4) SELF-COMPASSION FOR OVER-ACHIEVERS

5) Cold Exposure Workshops

Multi-Modal Training

Those interested in training that runs beyond a standalone workshop or keynote should know that training is designed with a multi-modal approach to deliver content that maximizes learning, application of knowledge, and long-term results. Examples include:

  • Assessments

  • Onsite training & Q&A periods

  • Online training

  • Micro-learning videos

  • Guided audio meditations

  • Training that develops internal ambassadors to provide peer support

  • Workbooks and journalling guides
